PROBLEM STATEMENT
Suppliers pain points on traditional business process:
- All the orders are managed through phone calls which doesn’t help to manage the orders over a particular number
- Maintaining the thousands of customers and service requests is highly challenging
- Tracking customers, their address details and regular brands is tedious task for supplier
- Managing the supply chain of water cans manually is time consuming which adversely affects the business
